What you actually pay, month to month
$39 message or $59 video per visit, plus medication. There is no confirmed all-in monthly quote: the medication, any purchased labs and the number of later visits affect the total. The selected billing and renewal details still need confirmation.
The commitment trap
A visit fee is not a monthly medication plan. The lowest drug offer also depends on the prescribed dose and coupon eligibility, and a later clinical encounter can mean another care charge. Membership and insurance-based primary care are separate from this cash route.
Money you will meet later
- Foundayo 0.8 mg, a 30-day supply, is advertised at $149 if coupon-eligible. Wegovy pill 1.5 mg, a 30-day supply, also shows $149 if eligible. These entry-dose cards do not establish higher-dose prices or identical savings on later fills.
- The company separately advertises oral-drug insurance prices from $25 and injectable cash prices from $199. Neither is a universal quote for every drug, dose or patient; obtain the applicable pharmacy price and coverage decision.
- The GLP-1-specific visit schedule is $39 for Direct Message Care or $59 for Video Care. Generic lower-priced On-Demand visits for other conditions do not establish the GLP-1 fee, and On-Demand weight-loss care is not included in One Medical membership.
- Scheduled primary-care visits can be billed to insurance, with copays and deductibles possible. Membership is not required to start or schedule this care; the cash On-Demand route does not provide prior-authorization support.
- Missing laboratory results must be obtained separately. A laboratory order or a link to a testing service is not a funded test allowance.
- Manufacturer coupon savings can change between orders, may not stack with other savings and can have state, age, health or insurance restrictions. Some expressly eligible cash-pay coupons have different government-program rules; that does not override the clinical service's own eligibility limits.
- Paid-care refunds are considered case by case; receiving no prescription is not itself a refund entitlement. Inability to treat through the service is separately described as a cancellation without a charge. Pharmacy-order refunds need the pharmacy's applicable terms.

Is GLP-1 treatment included in One Medical membership?
