Membership-only care, separate compounded medication, insurance-coordinated branded prescriptions and a Doctor + GLP-1 bundle are different offers. The published semaglutide bundle rises from $217 for the first month to $297/month; tirzepatide rises from $349 to $449/month. Those prices do not establish every dose, added test or selected prescription invoice. The platform names independent clinical groups, while the assigned dispenser remains unconfirmed. FDA's June 2026 letter to FitRX, LLC doing business as AM RX concerned misleading compounder labeling and approval representations. It does not establish today's corrective outcome or the quality of an individual prescription. $297/month semaglutide bundle after the first month. Tirzepatide's bundle is $449/month after its introduction. These are published care-plus-drug offers, not confirmed invoices or all-dose guarantees.

The commitment trap

The $106 semaglutide and $216 tirzepatide medication floors are not the Doctor + GLP-1 bundle. Membership-only care is separately advertised at $39 initially and $135/month regularly. Do not combine independently advertised discounts into a guaranteed total.

Money you will meet later

  • The medication FAQ describes conditional three-month supply discounts, plus a possible 20% membership discount for two months. Exact prepaid amounts, eligibility and continuing quarterly prices remain unconfirmed; monthly shipments do not establish monthly billing for every plan.
  • Bundles include prescribed medication and pharmacy fulfillment, but higher doses beyond standard titration may cost extra. No complete dose-and-price ladder, vial quantity or concentration is established.
  • The general FAQ lists a possible $72.50 home lab kit including shipping. Required tests and pricing vary; that is not a universal included GLP-1 panel or an allowance for every future test.
  • Insured brand advertising starts at $25/month subject to coverage. Terms distinguish cash fulfillment through the service from a prescription transferred to an outside pharmacy that may bill insurance. The weight-loss FAQ excludes government-insurance members, including Medicare and Medicaid; confirm program eligibility rather than assuming a cash option overrides that restriction.
  • Membership renews automatically until canceled before renewal through account management. The policy does not promise a prorated refund of the paid membership period, and consultation fees are generally nonrefundable.
  • The FAQ advertises a full refund for clinical ineligibility, also described as a 30-day guarantee. This is distinct from an outcome guarantee. General policy makes prescription sales final and inconsistently describes the cutoff as issued-and-filled versus shipped; obtain the applicable written terms before paying.

Confirm the actual dispenser and formulation. Compounded medication is not FDA-approved.
