No legal entity is named anywhere, even in its own Terms
Semaglutide is $299 a month and tirzepatide $399, flat at every dose, plus an unpublished consultation fee. The seal ID it publishes does not resolve at LegitScript, and no company name appears anywhere on the site — not even in its own Terms.

The verdict
TeleCareSpot's flat, all-doses-included pricing is a real positive. Its LegitScript certification is not: we previously called it genuinely verifiable, and on a August 2026 re-check the seal ID the site publishes does not resolve at LegitScript's CDN. And no legal entity name appears anywhere on the site — not even in its own Terms and Conditions, unusual for a HIPAA-regulated telehealth operator. Its "DNA-calibrated dosing" claim is a single unsubstantiated sentence with no methodology behind it, and the consultation fee is credited but never quantified anywhere you can check before starting.

TeleCareSpot's own Terms and Conditions page never names the legal entity operating the platform — the footer copyright reads only "© 2024 – All Rights Reserved" with no company name anywhere on the site, unusual for a HIPAA-regulated telehealth operator, alongside unsubstantiated scale claims ("over 300,000 Americans trust us," "98% patient satisfaction") with no citation found anywhere.
