Rylo prints the cash charge under its monthly-looking figures: sermorelin and NAD+ are each $549 every three months, advertised as $183/month. VialsRX named by Rylo. The homepage gives a Houston address and describes the medications as compounded by licensed 503A pharmacies. That is Rylo’s current merchant claim; the assigned facility’s license and classification have not been independently verified here.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. When can a Rylo order be refunded?

The refund policy says applicable service fees are refundable if you are medically ineligible. For medication, contact support before compounding or shipment to cancel for a refund; dispensed or shipped medication is generally nonrefundable. Canceling a subscription stops future billing and does not automatically reverse an existing order.

The refund policy asks you to contact Rylo within seven days for damaged, defective or incorrect medication and says it will arrange a replacement or refund without added cost.
