The verdict

OrderlyMeds publishes a useful distinction between new starters, transferring patients and continuing customers. Its lowest compounded-drug advertisements describe two-month packages, with upfront payment and lowest-dose eligibility, rather than one discounted month. Doctor visits, medication, syringes and shipping are advertised within the program without a separate membership fee, but the exact prescription and recurring agreement still need confirmation. The terms and FAQ name pharmacy partners; a network list is not your assignment. The key reservation is cancellation: the FAQ's pre-prescription rule has a multimonth-plan exception, which matters when buying a two-month offer. Its own June 2026 FDA marketing warning also belongs in the decision, without implying that every prescription is defective.

  • New-customer transfer packs are $224 for semaglutide or $449 for tirzepatide, each a two-month total. Current and returning customers have separate monthly pricing.
  • The FAQ advertises no membership fee, no insurance billing and HSA/FSA payment. Expense eligibility and reimbursement remain plan-dependent.
  • The FAQ says cancellation is available before a doctor finalizes the prescription, but adds an exception for multimonth plans. Obtain the selected pack's cancellation and unused-period terms before prepaying.
  • Clinical denial receives a full refund under the FAQ; its three-to-five-business-day bank-posting estimate is not a guaranteed refund arrival date.

The part they would rather you skipped

FDA's June 2026 letter to OrderlyMeds LLC dba OrderlyMeds, CMS 728291, cited labeling implying Orderly compounded the medication and an FDA-licensed pharmacy claim. That is a finding about this provider's marketing, not contamination proof for an individual vial. A dated warning and today's disclaimers establish neither regulatory closeout nor current enforcement status.

Several pharmacy partners are named, with a broader list in the FAQ, but that does not identify your assignment. Request the treating clinician, dispensing facility, formulation and location eligibility before fulfillment. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.

Can I cancel and get my payment back?

The FAQ permits cancellation before the doctor finalizes a prescription, but its cancellation answer excludes multimonth plans. Ask how that exception applies to your starter or transfer pack and whether unused prepaid treatment can be refunded. Clinical denial gets a full refund. Canceling an order, stopping future charges and recovering an already paid period are separate questions.

When will medicine arrive, and what if a parcel is lost?

The advertised eight–ten-business-day arrival estimate includes clinical review and pharmacy processing; it is not a guaranteed delivery date, and orders cannot be expedited. For a lost or stolen parcel, the FAQ requests a carrier claim ID before pharmacy review for replacement. Ask the actual dispenser about handling, storage or temperature concerns rather than assuming a general shipping reassurance applies to your vial.
