Omada Health can connect eligible members with coaching and weight-management care through an employer or health plan. Its Member Cash Pay help names Wheel, a network of independent provider groups, for clinical evaluation and prescribing. Confirm your benefit's eligibility, visit coverage and ongoing requirements before budgeting: coaching access does not establish free prescriptions, laboratory tests or an approved insurance claim. Manufacturer-pharmacy drug examples vary by product, strength and refill conditions, while the pharmacy collects payment separately. This is most useful for someone whose benefit already includes the relevant pathway and who can verify the separate clinical and pharmacy terms; an unrestricted individual medication subscription is not established.

The public guide gives medication-only starting examples of $149 for Foundayo or Wegovy Pill and $299 for Zepbound KwikPen, with strength and refill conditions. These are not current guaranteed offers or an all-in care invoice. Access and care charges depend on the employer or health-plan benefit; Member Cash Pay does not establish a universal individual enrollment price.

What you actually pay, month to month

No universal all-in monthly price is established. Confirm what your employer or health plan funds, any clinical visit charge, the prescribed product's pharmacy price and future refill conditions. The cash-pay pathway involves separate pharmacy payment and laboratory costs; these do not establish a complete care-and-drug renewal invoice.

The commitment trap

An included coaching benefit is not an all-in drug plan. Member Cash Pay requires benefit eligibility, and medication examples can change with dose or missed manufacturer refill conditions.

Money you will meet later

  • Omada's manufacturer-pharmacy guide expressly labels drug prices as examples, not guaranteed current offers. It lists starting examples of $299 for Zepbound KwikPen and $149 for Foundayo or Wegovy Pill; those are medication-only figures with product and strength conditions, not an Omada care fee or selected invoice.
  • The guide conditions some higher-dose Lilly prices on refilling within 45 days of the last delivery. Missing that window can raise the drug cost. Check the manufacturer's applicable offer and current pharmacy quote rather than assuming the lowest figure continues indefinitely.
  • The pharmacy collects the medication payment directly; Omada does not collect it. Employer contribution, insurance reimbursement and cash-pay arrangements are different paths. Confirm whether your benefit pays for visits, medicine or neither, and whether any deductible or copay applies.
  • Omada does not fund laboratory tests ordered through the Wheel pathway. The clinician determines the panel and timing; insurance may help with testing but does not guarantee payment. A lab order or coordination service is not a prepaid laboratory allowance.
  • Some employer or PBM coverage paths require enrollment and ongoing engagement before drug claims can process. Rolling activity and weigh-in requirements vary by plan; Omada does not make the insurer's prior-authorization decision.
  • No universal cash-pay care cancellation notice, unused-fee refund or pharmacy return policy is established by the public help. Request the terms for your benefit, assigned provider and dispensing pharmacy separately before paying.

The drug guide distinguishes a four-dose KwikPen, a four-pen injection box and thirty-tablet bottles. Those examples do not establish free injection accessories, a universal shipment quantity or interchangeable formulations. Confirm the actual prescription and any required supplies with the pharmacy.

Clinical approval, pharmacy notification, payment and shipment are separate steps. Omada's care coordination is not a universal free-shipping or arrival guarantee; confirm pharmacy processing, delivery fees and refill timing.

The dispensing pharmacy depends on the prescription. Member Cash Pay describes LillyDirect, NovoCare Pharmacy or a preferred pharmacy. Wheel is the prescribing network, not a compounding-pharmacy assignment, and Omada does not dispense or collect drug payment. Confirm the actual dispenser and product; the manufacturer's pharmacy channel does not establish every member's fulfillment arrangement.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it

Benefit and location eligibility require confirmation. The terms require U.S. or territory residence and program-specific eligibility, but no complete public product-by-state prescribing map is established. Employer participation, clinician availability and the selected medication matter; general national reach is not an every-state prescription guarantee.

Closing the Omada account through support does not establish that a pharmacy refill, provider agreement or employer coverage obligation is canceled. Can anyone sign up independently for Member Cash Pay?

The public help says the benefit must be included by your employer or health plan, followed by Omada enrollment and eligibility confirmation. Cash-pay refers to a medication-access pathway; it does not establish a universal direct-to-consumer care subscription or published individual enrollment fee.

Who evaluates me and writes a prescription?
