Named partners have different restrictions. The partner list includes provider-described 503A pharmacies and a temporarily unavailable Hyalo 503B option via Quaker Community/New Life RX; assignment depends on state, prescription and inventory.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. What are the monthly charges versus the lowest headline prices?
Monthly billing is $149 for semaglutide and $219 for tirzepatide. The advertised $96 and $142 equivalents correspond to twelve-month upfront totals of $1,149 and $1,699. The longest plans are available only through eligible Hallandale or Vials RX options; they are not flexible monthly charges.
What other plan lengths can I choose?
Quarterly totals are $339 for semaglutide and $549 for tirzepatide. Six-month upfront totals are $649 and $999. Optio RX alone offers two-month totals of $279 and $399 and does not offer the quarterly plan. State eligibility and pharmacy inventory determine which choices are actually available.
What is included, and do prices increase with dose?
Published plans include the provider consultation, medication, supplies and free shipping without a membership fee. Ondra says the same price applies across titration doses within a plan. Required patient lab testing, charges and frequency are not specified in those inclusions and should be confirmed separately.
Can I choose a pharmacy or formulation?
You can express a pharmacy preference, but eligibility, prescription and inventory determine the final options. Hallandale excludes AL, AR, CA, HI, KS, MA, MI, MN and MS. Formulations and additives vary by pharmacy; confirm the formulation prescribed to you. A named partner list does not guarantee your assignment.
How does an early prepaid cancellation affect my refund?
For six- and twelve-month plans, Ondra deducts the regular quarterly price in effect at purchase for each three-month supply already sent to the pharmacy. The policy allows a remaining-balance refund under that calculation, while provided platform or consultation services can remain nonrefundable. The calculation cannot create an additional amount owed. Monthly and quarterly processed charges are not prorated for unused time, and pharmacy transmission generally ends cancellation for that supply.
Who provides medical care, and is insurance accepted?
Independent clinicians at Wasef Health PC or Arora Health & Aesthetics LLC make prescribing decisions; Ondra is the access platform. It markets care across all 50 states but may require a visit depending on location and clinical needs. Plans are paid out of pocket and insurance is not accepted.
