OnlyRx review
Only a "starting at" price is shown — no ongoing rate appears anywhere
OnlyRx publishes four "starting at" prices on its homepage, confirmed live: semaglutide injection $179, semaglutide oral disintegrating tablet (ODT) $249, tirzepatide injection $249, tirzepatide ODT $279. Neither its dedicated pricing URL nor its refund-policy URL resolves (both 404, confirmed live) — no ongoing or maintenance-dose price is disclosed anywhere reachable. Its Terms and Conditions, confirmed live, name the legal entity as "OnlyRx, LLC d.b.a. OnlyRx" and reveal the site runs on the same CareValidate/careGLP white-label platform as NuDay Rx, elsewhere on this site. It names four pharmacy partners with phone numbers — Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, and Casa Pharma Rx — and four prescribers by name, confirmed live, a fuller disclosure than most sibling storefronts on this list manage.
Straight talk: how we earn — some, not all, of these are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The verdict
OnlyRx's pharmacy and prescriber disclosure is genuinely strong — four named pharmacies with phone numbers and four named prescribers, confirmed live, more than most providers on this list publish. But every price on the site is a "starting at" figure; the ongoing or higher-dose rate you'd actually pay after the first fill isn't published anywhere reachable, and the dedicated pricing and refund-policy pages both 404. Confirm your actual ongoing cost directly before enrolling.
OnlyRx is not ranked on any of our boards. This is a standalone read of what the company publishes about itself — the providers we do rank in this category are on our semaglutide provider ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim — see the evidence review for what these compounds do and do not do.
Who it is for, and who it is not
A good fit if
- You want a named pharmacy network (four options) and named prescribers rather than anonymous descriptions
- You want a needle-free oral disintegrating tablet (ODT) option for either semaglutide or tirzepatide
- You're comparing it against NuDay Rx and want to know they run on the same underlying platform
Look elsewhere if
- You want to see your ongoing, maintenance-dose price before starting — only a "starting at" figure is published
- You want a working refund-policy page — the dedicated URL for one 404s
- You want Buy Now Pay Later confirmed on this pass — not independently reconfirmed in the live page source
What it actually costs
What they advertise
"Starting at" prices, confirmed live: semaglutide injection $179, tirzepatide injection $249.
What you actually pay, month to month
No ongoing/maintenance price is published anywhere reachable; ODT (oral tablet) options start at $249 (semaglutide) and $279 (tirzepatide).
The commitment trap
Every price on the site is a "starting at" figure, confirmed live — the ongoing rate for a maintenance dose is never published.
Checked live on OnlyRx's own site at https://www.onlyrx.com in August 2026. Prices change without notice — confirm before you buy. Work out what a vial actually gives you with our peptide dose calculator.
What is included
The cheapest headline number in this category is often the one with the least attached to it. Here is what OnlyRx bundles in, and what it does not.
Clinician consult
Online consultation with a named prescriber, confirmed live.
Bloodwork / labs

Follow-ups and dose changes
Not addressed with a specific cadence in the sources read.
Human support
Not addressed with specifics in the sources read.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight
The pharmacy
One of four named partners: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, or Casa Pharma Rx, confirmed live.
Oversight
Online consultation with a named prescriber, confirmed live. Not addressed with a specific cadence in the sources read.
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Our guide to verifying a certificate of analysis covers what to ask for.
Where you can get it
"All 50 U.S. states," confirmed live on the homepage.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
OnlyRx's own dedicated pricing and refund-policy URLs both 404, confirmed live, and every price shown anywhere else on the site is a "starting at" figure — the ongoing rate you'd actually pay on a maintenance dose is never published anywhere reachable.
- No ongoing/maintenance-dose price published anywhere reachable — only "starting at" figures
- Dedicated pricing and refund-policy pages both 404
- Shares its underlying platform (CareValidate/careGLP) with NuDay Rx rather than independent infrastructure
- Terms and Conditions page carries a 2024 "last updated" date, stale relative to the rest of the live site
None of this is unique to OnlyRx — the whole category shares it. What we hold against a provider is the part it hides, and the ways vendors hide things are catalogued in our vendor red-flags guide.
How it compares
The providers we rank on our semaglutide provider ranking, in the order that board ranks them. OnlyRx is not among them: it is reviewed here, not ranked there, and we would rather show you the comparison than pretend the two are the same thing.
- BHBodybuilding Health+One of the deepest peptide catalogues here, and the loosest one
- Enhance MDWrites a flat-price-at-every-dose policy down — and charges near the top for it
- RxSpan MDOral tablet only, at a real $179 monthly rate

- Direct MedsThe plainest price mechanics on either board, from a company with an FDA warning letter
- Synergy RxPublishes a starting number, and nothing about what it commits you to

- Sprout HealthA $150 markdown the site never explains, and a semaglutide price quoted by the quarter
- Strut HealthInjection or troche, but $119 is the auto-refill price only

- MadeMedPrices are published — but there is no monthly option at all

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
