Names two physicians, but current U.S. state licenses remain unverified
A Canadian company filling US patients from a Mississauga, Ontario pharmacy, at $99 to consult plus $99 a month on top of the drug — whose price never loads. The earlier NPI search did not resolve both physician identities; it does not establish whether either holds a current U.S. state license.

myRocky names two physicians, but the earlier NPI search does not establish either clinician's current U.S. license or whether either will treat you. Its pharmacy and clinic entities are Canadian subsidiaries, its own coverage page contradicts itself on which states are actually new, and the exact medication price couldn't be confirmed.

The part they would rather you skipped
myRocky names Dr. George Mankaryous and Dr. Mena Mirhom. An earlier NPI search did not conclusively match Dr. Mankaryous; a missing search match does not establish that he is unlicensed. Dr. Mirhom's NPI match likewise does not establish a current state license. Separately, the coverage page lists six of its eight "coming soon" states as already currently available.
