First-order discount wording and differing supply-period labels make the next charge worth confirming. Subscriptions auto-renew, and canceling normally stops the next term rather than refunding the current one.

Ivologist Weight Loss Center, LLC offers clinician-guided GLP-1 treatment alongside hormone, wellness and IV services. Its injectable pages include medication, review, supplies and shipping, but the starter price is not a confirmed maintenance bill, funded lab panel or pharmacy assignment. The terms include a refund when a clinician finds purchased care medically inappropriate and it cannot be provided; that exception is not a general satisfaction guarantee.

What you actually pay, month to month
Starter and renewal totals need confirmation. Injectable pages show $149/month semaglutide and $249/month tirzepatide, but also describe the discount as first-order only. Confirm the ongoing dose-specific bill and supplied weeks before choosing a subscription.
The commitment trap
Monthly billing and three-month prepayment are separate choices. A weekly microdosing equivalent is billed quarterly, and canceling an auto-renewing plan does not ordinarily refund the current paid term.
Money you will meet later
- Injectable prepaid options advertise $422 for semaglutide and $722 for tirzepatide. Semaglutide also shows $447 over an eleven-week program alongside three-month wording; tirzepatide shows $747 over twelve weeks. Resolve the supplied weeks and payment schedule before purchase.
- The separate microdosing page advertises semaglutide from $33/week and tirzepatide from $58/week, billed quarterly. Its maintenance headings show $199/month and $299/month with three-month billing; do not treat these as the injectable starter's renewal quote.
- Subscriptions are charged in advance and auto-renew at the then-current rate. Cancel through account settings or support before renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, with no ordinary refund of amounts already charged.
- The August 2026 terms generally make sales final, with a refund for purchased treatment, medication or service found medically inappropriate by a provider when it cannot be provided. Request the amount and process for your selected order; this is not a results guarantee.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it
Treatment depends on clinician state licensure. The consent limits telehealth to states where its clinicians are licensed, based on where you are physically located for the visit. Nationwide marketing does not establish every treatment in every state; confirm your medication and location before paying.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
The starter pages mix first-order discounts with ongoing monthly figures and, for semaglutide, eleven-week and three-month labels. Get the full supply and renewal agreement before paying: automatic billing continues unless canceled, and ordinary cancellation does not recover the current paid term.

Is the $33/week offer the same as the injectable starter?
It appears on the separate semaglutide microdosing route and is billed quarterly. The injectable starter has its own monthly and prepaid choices. Ask which program, dose, total charge and supplied weeks you are buying rather than converting a weekly headline into a calendar-month invoice.
What will I pay after the starter order?
The injectable pages show monthly figures and prepaid alternatives, but also first-order discount wording. Semaglutide's eleven-week label coexists with three-month prepayment wording. Get the maintenance dose, supplied amount and next charge in writing; none of these advertised figures confirms your renewal.
How do I stop an auto-renewing subscription?
The terms allow cancellation through account settings or support before renewal. It takes effect at the end of the current paid term and stops subsequent charges. Ordinary cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of what has already been charged.
Can I get a refund if a clinician declines treatment?
The terms provide a refund for purchased treatment, medication or service that a provider finds medically inappropriate and that cannot be provided. Ask support which charge is being returned. This exception does not promise a refund because of disappointing results or a voluntary change of mind.
Are blood tests and a particular pharmacy included?

Can I receive care in my state and request a refill?
