The verdict
Ivim combines prescribed weight treatment with weekly app check-ins, access to provider visits, coaching and community support. That can appeal to someone who wants continuing care rather than a refill alone. The advertised $65 semaglutide and $117 tirzepatide rates are twelve-month medication equivalents, not complete monthly purchases: compounded programs require upfront payment and a separate monthly membership. The practical distinction is between paying for a program and receiving each shipment. Current terms cap compounded GLP-1 shipments at 56 days, require a clinical check-in and provider approval before the next dispensing, and let unused time expire despite missed requests. Cancellation language also differs. The current weight-care page allows account cancellation but says paid fees are not refunded; the legal terms separately describe unshipped-medication deductions, while the membership agreement requires the selected commitment to be paid. Obtain the exact invoice, renewal and exit terms before choosing a year. The pharmacy may change between orders, and the provider does not identify one dispenser for everyone. Ivim received its own February 2026 FDA warning about labels implying it compounded the medicines; that historical letter does not establish the current outcome.

What you actually pay, month to month
Annual drug prepay plus $74.99/month membership. At the advertised twelve-month floors, drug arithmetic is $780 for semaglutide or $1,404 for tirzepatide, before membership. Adding the recurring membership gives $139.99/$191.99 monthly equivalents when that fee is charged, not monthly medication invoices. The homepage offers the first membership month free; confirm eligibility, total due and the selected program quote.
The commitment trap
The low drug equivalent belongs to a year-long program and does not include membership. Canceling access or missing a refill does not necessarily erase the remaining financial commitment or extend the medication program.
Money you will meet later
- The current homepage specifies twelve months for the $65/$117 figures. A separate GLP-1 FAQ still lists one-, two-, four- and six-month programs; it does not provide a complete current shorter-term or maintenance price ladder. Confirm the actual term, dose and full amount before paying.
- Membership covers provider access, coaching and the app; medication and program-specific costs are separate. A $99 men’s hormone lab kit is not an included GLP-1 monitoring panel. Compounded semaglutide is cash-pay; branded treatment can involve pharmacy charges and insurance authorization.
- The membership agreement requires the selected term’s remaining payments and requests at least 48 hours’ cancellation notice before renewal. A membership-page statement that cancellation takes effect at the billing-period end does not by itself release that obligation.
- Terms describe an unshipped-medication refund less $100 for each remaining three-month portion or $50 for each remaining two-month portion in the examples for four-/six-month plans. A provider finding of medical ineligibility waives that deduction. The published examples do not establish a twelve-month refund calculation.
- Prescription returns are not accepted. Report damaged, lost or missing shipments within 72 hours under the refund policy; remedies are considered individually.

The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
Treat the membership, prepaid program and medication shipments as separate obligations. The public account-cancellation explanation, unshipped-refund deductions and continuing membership commitment do not form a simple cancel-anytime promise. Program time can expire while medication remains unrequested. Its highlighted weight-loss comparisons are described as retrospective observational results and cross-trial comparisons, not randomized head-to-head evidence for an individual outcome.

Does missing a refill pause my program?
Not generally. The terms say missed check-ins and refill windows do not extend the fixed program period. Unrequested medication can lapse after the program and fourteen-day grace period; a documented provider-approved medical pause is treated separately.
