The clinic names Justin Saya as medical director, but that does not identify the clinician or pharmacy assigned to an individual patient. Its pay-for-services approach can suit someone who wants laboratory results and a treatment plan reviewed before choosing medication. Obtain a current itemized estimate for the visit, prescribed formulation and quantity, testing, supplies and delivery: historical vial prices do not establish today's monthly bill. Follow-up obligations remain even without a subscription. Refund flexibility depends on what was purchased and whether it has been used or dispensed, with late appointment cancellation potentially costing the full consultation fee.

No price published for a complete current weight-loss plan on the accessible public pages. The clinic advertises no subscription and describes prescription ordering and prices through its established-patient portal; this does not establish a complete medication, visit, testing and delivery total.
What you actually pay, month to month
No ongoing price disclosed for a complete monthly plan. Confirm the prescribed formulation, vial quantity and usable supply, consultation, monitoring, supplies and delivery costs. A vial price is not automatically a one-month price, and the public description does not establish a first payment or renewal schedule.
The commitment trap
No subscription does not mean no continuing costs. Approved refills and monitoring still depend on the treatment plan, and agreed services may be charged at purchase or permitted intervals.
Money you will meet later
- An official handout under a 2023 document path contains older consultation, laboratory and vial fees. It is not a current price guarantee or a complete monthly invoice; obtain a new written estimate rather than treating those figures as today's offer.
- Laboratory tests are separate purchases unless the clinic confirms otherwise. An advertised optional $125 home blood draw includes collection and vitals, not the laboratory assays or a universal weight-loss fee. Recent outside results may be accepted if they meet the clinician's requirements.
- The service is self-pay and does not bill insurance directly. Receipts or a superbill may support a reimbursement request, without a coverage guarantee. A separate lab FAQ mentions a small documentation fee without specifying the amount; confirm any charge and HSA/FSA eligibility with the relevant plan.
- The April 2026 terms distinguish Account Credits, which do not expire and may be refunded at the clinic's discretion, from promotional or courtesy Defy Points, which expire after 120 days and have no cash value. Neither category promises an automatic cash refund.
- An unused laboratory order can be canceled before specimen submission for an Account Credit minus $25. Orders are valid for twelve months, with a requested free twelve-month renewal; later expired orders do not carry a guaranteed refund.
- Appointments canceled less than 24 hours ahead may incur the full consultation fee; no-shows incur it. A consultation is not refundable solely because no prescription was recommended. Dispensed medications and supplies are not returnable for a refund.
- Shipping and preparation depend on the pharmacy and product. Smaller fills, cold shipping or more frequent orders can affect cost; no universal current delivery fee or included injection-kit allowance is established.

Historical handouts naming pharmacies for other therapies do not establish today's weight-loss assignment, compounding category or state coverage. Ask for the actual dispensing location and formulation; a compounded medication is not FDA-approved.

Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it
Most U.S. states; confirm product eligibility. The clinic also has a Tampa location. Its international consultation description is advice-only, without overseas prescribing or shipment. A general most-state service claim does not establish that a particular medication and pharmacy can serve your physical location.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
Paying for an assessment and buying medicine have different cancellation consequences. A clinical denial does not by itself refund a completed consultation, and dispensed medicine is ordinarily final. Unused lab orders, billing credits and promotional points each have different rules. Confirm the itemized cost and applicable category before paying; not all credits expire, and not every final-sale exception produces cash.

Does Defy publish a current all-in monthly weight-loss price?
A complete current quote is not established. The clinic advertises a pay-for-services approach and describes prescription prices through its established-patient portal. An older public handout contains fees, but those historical vial and service figures do not establish today's total. Can I use outside lab results or insurance?

Old pharmacy names from other treatment handouts do not establish a current assignment. International advice-only consultations do not include overseas prescriptions or shipping.
