Care Clinics publishes package totals with consultation, medication, supplies and shipping included. That makes the scope easier to compare, but a 12-week package is not a calendar-month subscription: confirm the next charge and supply before paying. The current tirzepatide pages disagree on the longer-plan price. Public disclosures identify Care Clinics PLLC, name Partell Pharmacy as an example and list supported locations; your clinician, pharmacy and treatment eligibility still need confirmation. Refund terms are the main unresolved financial question.

Questions about Care Clinics
What do Care Clinics’ package prices cover?
The homepage advertises semaglutide at $259 for seven weeks or $299 for a 12-week plan, and tirzepatide at $299 for four weeks or $349 for a 12-week plan. The tirzepatide product page instead shows $399 for three months. Confirm the selected total before paying. A package total does not establish a monthly invoice, renewal amount or every patient’s maintenance cost.
Is the $40 deposit an extra fee?
The FAQ says the $40 deposit is credited toward the final package. A separate route for a prescription sent to your chosen pharmacy has a $125 consultation charge; drug availability and price at that pharmacy are not guaranteed. If financing, obtain the repayment and cancellation terms separately.
Can I cancel and receive a refund?
The FAQ provides phone and email instructions for canceling an appointment. That does not establish whether a deposit, unused package, medication already processed by a pharmacy, clinical nonapproval or stopping for medical reasons is refundable. Obtain those terms in writing, including any remaining financing obligation.
Are labs, supplies and follow-up included?
Published package prices include consultation, medication, syringes, alcohol swabs and shipping. The FAQ describes specialist support and an end-of-plan follow-up for the 12-week program. A universal appointment schedule or included lab allowance was not established; confirm what your selected plan requires and pays for.
Who provides care and fills the prescription?
Public disclosures identify Care Clinics PLLC as the professional group and name Partell Pharmacy as an example pharmacy. The provider page lists professionals, but that does not identify your assigned clinician or independently verify credentials. Ask for the actual prescriber and dispenser; compounded medication is not FDA approved.
Is Care Clinics available in my state, and how long does delivery take?
The FAQ lists 31 states plus DC, rather than all 50 states; confirm your location and exact treatment against the published list. Delivery estimates vary: the homepage says 3–5 business days while FAQ text also says 7–10 business days. These are estimates, so confirm the shipping timeline after approval.
