Will canceling refund my current month?
Ordinarily no. The policy excludes current and prior months of monthly billing. It permits an early refund within the first 72 hours only if no subscription services have been received, and provides a medical-disqualification exception.

What happens if a multi-month plan is canceled?
The policy says unused months can be refunded when no medication was shipped for those months. Months in which medication shipped are excluded. This provision should not be read as the standard $199 monthly plan’s refund rule.

The policy asks you to contact support immediately. It says damaged items may be replaced by the pharmacy with evidence of damage and incorrect items will be replaced. It does not promise unrestricted medication returns.
