The advertised treatment has a three-month commitment. Separate six- and twelve-month prepaid or financed plans follow different terms. With buy-now-pay-later financing, Aspen receives payment upfront and your repayment can continue if treatment stops, pauses or a required reassessment is missed. Do not assume a monthly installment is a cancellable month of service.

Give at least four business days’ notice before the applicable renewal processing date; initial processing may be early and later processing may occur up to three days early. Partial periods are not refundable. The separate guarantee covers eligible program membership fees for the first seven months if an eligible new customer loses less than 5% after 28 consecutive weekly doses. It requires accurate intake, uninterrupted weekly logs, restrictions on other weight-loss prescriptions and additional dose-related eligibility conditions. Physician attestation is due within seven days after the claim email, or a video within 24 hours after receiving its code. Approved refunds exclude incidental costs. Ask separately about clinical rejection, medical-stop exceptions and the consultation fee; these are not established refund entitlements. Report a material order error within five business days of delivery confirmation; any credit, refund or reshipment is discretionary.
