Aspen's named pharmacy is a genuine disclosure, and it displays a LegitScript certification. But its "monthly" plan is really a 3-month upfront shipment billed in installments, not simple month-to-month billing, and its "all 50 states" coverage claim outpaces its only named pharmacy's actual 49-state licensing — a real discrepancy between what the platform claims to serve and what its fulfillment pharmacy can legally reach. Its registered address is the same Sheridan, WY suite shared by several other storefronts already documented on this site.
