The verdict

Ark Health publishes monthly GLP-1 plans that include online consultation, a care plan, medication if prescribed and ongoing follow-up support. Ark Health LLC runs the platform, with Beluga Health, P.A. or affiliated practices providing medical care. The main tradeoff is financial: cancellation must arrive 15 days before the next order, and payment does not guarantee either a prescription or a discretionary refund.

The commitment trap

Monthly prices do not settle the selected dose, quantity, full charge or renewal conditions. Requests received less than 15 days before the next order may not stop its charge.

Money you will meet later

  • The public FAQ also lists injectable sermorelin and MIC/B12 at $220/month each; these are separate plans.
  • Ask about required labs, supplies, any extra services and insurance responsibility before paying; coverage is not assured.
  • Processed payments are generally final with no partial refund or cancellation credit, including for an unshipped order, subject to applicable law and previously agreed rights.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The current refund policy explicitly says that a provider finding treatment inappropriate does not entitle you to a refund except where applicable law requires one. Cancel by phone or email at least 15 days before the next order and confirm the effective date; stopping medication alone does not stop billing.

  • A denied prescription does not automatically trigger a refund under the published policy.
  • The cancellation cutoff is 15 days before the next order, including when an order has not shipped.
  • The oral option's ingredient is not confirmed by its generic public plan label.
  • Assigned pharmacy, dose quantity, laboratory payer and exact continuing invoice remain unconfirmed.

What do Ark's monthly prices include?

The public plans advertise online consultation, a personalized care plan, medication if prescribed and ongoing follow-up support, with free expedited shipping on eligible orders. Semaglutide injection is $169/month, tirzepatide injection $249/month and the oral option $125/month. Confirm the selected prescription quantity, full charge and renewal terms before paying.

Is the $125 oral plan definitely oral semaglutide?

The public label says personalized oral GLP; the oral ingredient is not confirmed by that name alone. Ask for the active ingredients, dosage form, strength and pharmacy before accepting a prescription. Do not assume it is an approved branded pill or interchangeable with an injection.

Who treats me, and where is care available?

Ark Health LLC operates the platform; Beluga Health, P.A. or affiliated practices provide clinical services. The terms exclude Mississippi and say availability depends on service and location for adults 18 and older. Confirm your clinician and dispensing pharmacy; the public disclosures do not establish an individual assignment.

When and how must I cancel?

Call or email Ark support so the request is received at least 15 days before the next order date. Ask for confirmation of the effective date and final charge. A late request may leave the next payment payable, and stopping medication or changing treatment does not itself cancel billing.

Will Ark refund me if treatment is declined or an order has not shipped?

The refund policy says a declined prescription does not create a refund entitlement, and unshipped orders do not receive cancellation credit. Processed payments are final except where applicable law requires a refund. It preserves non-waivable billing-dispute rights and rights under previously agreed terms; duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges can be raised with support.

Does expedited shipping mean arrival a few days after signup?

No. The shipping policy estimates 2–3 days after shipment, with medical review, approval and pharmacy fulfillment first. Free expedited delivery applies to eligible orders, and delays can occur. Ask the pharmacy or prescriber before using medication that arrives damaged or with a temperature concern; a product image is not a storage instruction.
