Low advertised equivalents require twelve months prepaid
Vaylen advertises injectable semaglutide from $83, tirzepatide from $124 and oral semaglutide from $99 per month equivalent on twelve-month prepaid programs. Monthly plans exist, but a selected monthly invoice is not established by those figures. Public state, clinical-network and payment timing descriptions differ.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. The $83 semaglutide figure is a starting monthly equivalent for a twelve-month program billed upfront. Tirzepatide and oral semaglutide have separate advertised equivalents. Monthly and shorter plans exist, and the homepage mentions a first month from $129, but none of that establishes your continuing monthly invoice. Obtain the selected total rather than multiplying a rounded starting figure.

Can I cancel a monthly plan or a prepaid program?
Monthly plans renew until canceled through the portal before the next billing date, with no cancellation fee or minimum months in the refund policy. Charges for a delivered month are not refunded. Prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month programs are paid upfront and become nonrefundable once approval and the program start occur. Choose the term with that difference in mind.

What happens if a clinician declines treatment?
The refund policy promises an automatic full refund to the original payment method, typically in five–ten business days. The homepage footer instead says no payment is taken until approval, while terms say payment starts review. Confirm which sequence applies to the selected offer. The homepage FAQ and terms name OpenLoop, whereas its footer names MDI Medical Group through MD Integrations. The homepage describes fifty-state service with product variation; the terms say forty-nine states. These are unresolved public differences. Obtain the actual treating practice and eligibility for your physical location rather than treating either broad statement as universal availability.

Are men’s health, hair and longevity treatments available now?
Those sections, along with women’s health, are labeled early access or pre-launch. The active offer is weight loss. A displayed biomarker example, treatment description or waitlist does not establish an available prescription or funded lab package. Injectable and oral semaglutide also require separate formulation-specific counseling; matching ingredient names do not make them equivalent medicines.
