Can I compare Valhalla's GLP-1 price before opening an account?
The public injection listing requires sign-in for the price, dose and full details. Other therapies are publicly named, but a category label is not a quote for your prescription. Ask for the exact medication, strength, supply and continuing charge before paying.
Does no membership mean orders never renew?
No. The homepage advertises purchases without mandatory membership and optional subscription savings. Check whether your selected order is recurring, its formulation-specific cycle and the amount of the next charge.
How do I stop a subscription or cancel a charged order?
Cancel in the account by 11:59 p.m. ET on the day before renewal; contacting support alone does not guarantee cancellation. After a charge, account cancellation is available until provider approval. After approval, ordinary cancellation affects the next cycle.
What happens if a prescription is rejected or delivery goes wrong?
The terms retain remedies for rejected fills, pharmacy error, nonfulfillment and legally required refunds. Report delivery problems within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery; an approved remedy may be replacement or credit. Rendered consultation fees remain nonrefundable.
Are labs and all consultations free?
Free provider consultations are advertised, but this does not establish a funded lab panel. At-home testing is listed separately. Urgent-care appointments have distinct cancellation fees; patient-caused lab-kit failures ordinarily do not qualify for refunds.
Does nationwide availability identify my prescriber and pharmacy?
No. Nationwide marketing does not establish your assigned clinician, practice or dispensing facility. Ask for those names and confirm eligibility for your medication where you will physically be receiving care. The injection listing also states that compounded products are not FDA-approved.
