Names six pharmacies — the deepest disclosure here — but carries a BBB F rating
Trava's own terms and telehealth consent pages name six separate pharmacy partners: Postmeds, Inc. (dba TruePill), EHT Pharmacy LLC (dba Curexa), Apostrophe Pharmacy LLC, XeCare LLC, Wells American Inc. (dba Promed Pharmacy), and Optimal Balance Pharmacy, LLC (dba OBP) — real, checkable disclosure. But the Better Business Bureau lists Trava Health at an F rating for failing to respond to two complaints, one of which describes a customer disclosing a history of pancreatitis on intake, receiving medication anyway, and being told afterward by their own doctor the medication wasn't safe for them.

Trava Health, Inc. (Houston, TX) sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide with B12 added, cash-pay with no membership fee, starting around $88.65 for semaglutide and $178.98 for tirzepatide. It discloses six named pharmacy partners across its terms and consent pages — more than any other provider in this batch — and states independent batch testing through an FDA-registered lab. But its own homepage states service is "currently only available to individuals who are located in Texas," despite "GLP-1s as low as $118" pricing copy that reads like a national offer, and the BBB shows an F rating tied to two unanswered complaints, including one alleging a patient with a disclosed pancreatitis history was prescribed medication before a safety issue surfaced.

Read this before you buy
