Its site identifies Dr. Tran Le and describes continuity with the same doctor, a complimentary introductory visit and monthly consultations. Named example pharmacies appear in its separate per-fill pricing table. Confirm your actual pharmacy, laboratory charges, billing commitment and membership cancellation rules; a medication refund policy does not settle every membership charge.

The pricing page lists $199/month compounded semaglutide and $249/month compounded tirzepatide memberships. The every-three-month option bills $535 or $599 respectively. Care-only costs $100/month or $200 every three months, with medication extra. Confirm the plan, upfront commitment and renewal terms before paying.
Who is behind TOM Weight Loss?
The site identifies Texas Obesity Medicine PLLC and Dr. Tran Le. TOM describes the same doctor at each visit and presents physician credentials on its about page.
Which pharmacy fills my prescription?

What are cancellation and refund rights?
The policy effective March 2026 allows medication refund requests within 30 days of the original order, subject to unopened, unexpired, sealed packaging and storage conditions. Medication within 30 days of expiry, opened medication and already processed consultation, lab or administrative shipping fees are excluded. Authorization and inspection are required; approved refunds go to the original payment method in 5–10 business days. The policy does not establish membership cancellation, clinical-decline or medical-stop credits.
