The verdict
SexyMD gets the hard part right and the easy part wrong. Its full price ladder sits on the product page before any intake — $269, $249, $229 and $199 a month for the compounded GLP-1 injection by term, and $369 down to $299 for the GLP-1 + GIP — so you can compare it against anything else without surrendering a phone number first. Then every number it advertises is the bottom rung: "from $199 per month" and "from $299 per month" are 48-week commitments, and a month at a time costs 35% and 23% more. Two things are worth knowing before the quiz. No product page names a molecule — the terms are where GLP-1 turns out to mean semaglutide. And the pharmacy is never named: the terms describe a network and reserve the right to move your prescription inside it without telling you.

A month at a time, the GLP-1 injection is $269 and the GLP-1 + GIP is $369. The ladders run $269 / $249 / $229 / $199 and $369 / $349 / $329 / $299 across the four terms.
The commitment trap
Every advertised figure is the 48-week rung. Committing a year buys $199 and $299; a month at a time costs 35% and 23% more. The asterisk on "as low as $199/mo*" is never resolved to a footnote.
Money you will meet later
- The 24- and 48-week tiers ship every 12 weeks, so the monthly figure averages a quarterly charge whose size is not published
- Memberships renew automatically, and a cancellation must land at least 48 hours before the renewal date

The pharmacy
Named as a class, never as a company. The terms describe a network of U.S. 503A pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities, and reserve the right to route a prescription to any of them and transfer it between them without notice. No pharmacy name or NPI appears on the site. The prescribing side is named: WizDoc LLC and Jonathan Larson, MD, P.C.
Oversight
No cadence is published for dose changes or check-ins.
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Where you can get it
The footer of every page makes two claims that cannot both be true: "Sexy MD is available in all 50 states" sits directly above "Services currently available in all states except Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Jersey." At the more specific of the two, 47 states.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
A reader in Arkansas is told both that SexyMD serves them and that it does not, in the same footer block, on every page. Nothing resolves the two, and the terms add a third version saying only that the company aims to reach all fifty states — the one fact worth being sure of before a 34-screen questionnaire, stated two ways at once.

Read this before you buy
