ReadyRx publishes distinct monthly and quarterly GLP-1 options, with the lower headline figures tied to upfront quarterly payment. The useful comparisons are $159 monthly versus a $109 quarterly equivalent for semaglutide, and $185 versus $145 for tirzepatide; an actual prepaid invoice and prescribed supply are still unconfirmed. Its terms deserve equal attention: cancellation channels conflict, California has a separate pre-submission rule, and the weight-loss guarantee is conditional and limited to eligible membership fees.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. U.S. adults 18 and older, only where service is offered. No complete current product-by-state map is established. California members have a separate cancellation rule before pharmacy submission; general availability language does not guarantee every formulation in every state.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

The cancellation instructions do not agree: an earlier section calls for email notice, while the refund section requires cancellation to be initiated, documented and completed in the dashboard. Use the dashboard and obtain written confirmation before the applicable processing cutoff; California’s pre-pharmacy-submission rule is a separate protection. The guarantee also covers a narrow fee category after extensive eligibility conditions, rather than a straightforward medication trial.

They are labeled all doses or every dose, but do not establish an actual all-in invoice, prescribed concentration or vial quantity for every patient. Confirm the selected plan and supply before paying.

Does the $109 or $145 offer mean monthly billing?

No. Those are the semaglutide and tirzepatide quarterly-plan monthly equivalents, and the footnote requires payment upfront. The actual prepaid invoice was not shown, so confirm the term total and renewal amount rather than treating the equivalent as a separate monthly charge.

Are consultations, patient labs and follow-up included?

Consultation, physician messaging, personalized protocols, meal planning/coaching and shipping are advertised as included. The Terms include clinician-prescribed labs ordered through the platform in the total, but do not establish a universal panel or repeat schedule. Batch-quality testing is different from the patient’s bloodwork, and access language does not guarantee immediate replies.

How do I cancel, and does California have a different rule?

The general rule asks for notice at least four business days before renewal processing, which may occur early. One section specifies email, but another requires dashboard initiation, documentation and completion; use the dashboard and obtain written confirmation. California members can stop future pharmacy submissions in the dashboard before pharmacy submission, preventing further charge and shipment under that override.

What does the weight-loss guarantee actually refund?

The Terms require a new customer with less than 5% weight loss after 28 weeks of consecutive weekly treatment, complete weekly logs and no other weight-loss medication in the preceding twelve months. Prescribed-dose history also affects eligibility and must remain clinician-directed. The refund concerns eligible program membership fees from the first seven months; medication and incidental costs are excluded. Short medical-attestation or coded-video verification deadlines, company discretion and verification processing also apply, so obtain the applicable written terms before relying on the guarantee.

Can I recover unused payments or report an order problem?

Ordinary partial-period refunds are not promised, and processed, shipped or delivered prescriptions are generally nonreturnable and nonrefundable, subject to stated exceptions or discretion. If medication is unavailable for a prepaid period, the Terms provide for an alternative or a pro-rata refund. Report order errors within five business days of delivery confirmation; canceling future renewal does not itself reverse a completed order.
