The real first-month price is $149, stepping up to $199/mo on the monthly plan (or $165/mo if you prepay a 3-month plan), confirmed live on the same pricing page. Its own site is also internally inconsistent about coverage: one section claims "50 States covered," another claims "Active in 46 States," both confirmed live on the same domain. The compounding pharmacy itself is never named — only described as a "domestic network" of 503A pharmacies.
