But its compounded semaglutide pricing is internally inconsistent across the site, confirmed live: the homepage shows "starting from $149.00/mo," the dedicated plans page shows a 1-month plan at $249/mo and a 3-month plan at $149/mo ($447 total), the standalone semaglutide landing page advertises "plans starting at $199/month," and a promo banner separately offers "3-Month GLP-1 Supply for Just $250" — roughly $83/mo, which doesn't reconcile with the $447 total shown at checkout for the same 3-month plan. Compounded tirzepatide starts at $249/month, confirmed live. Its telehealth policy names the operating entities, Telegra MD, LLC and Corsica Therapeutics LLC, confirmed live — new disclosure prior research hadn't found. State exclusions are confirmed live: South Carolina, Alabama, and Arkansas.
