Contour Health offers a free consultation and a current pay-by-vial approach with provider check-ins, supplies and shipping advertised as included. Public semaglutide starting figures conflict, and the monthly calculator estimate is not the whole-vial invoice. Confirm in writing which model applies to your order; the public terms do not establish that every GLP-1 vial is a subscription.
Is semaglutide $25 or $30 per week?
Both figures appear in the reviewed weight-loss page: the main card says $30 per week and the calculator label says $25. That conflict is unresolved, so neither label establishes your total. Ask for the prescribed quantity and full vial payment before deciding.
Does the $200 tirzepatide estimate mean I pay $200 now?
No. The default example pairs an estimated $200 monthly cost with a 20 mg vial priced at $500 and described as lasting up to ten weeks. Those labels distinguish an estimate from the amount charged for the vial; they do not establish a recurring calendar-month bill.
What services are described as included?
The public offer lists the consultation, provider time, dosing support, check-ins, supplies and shipping. Laboratory testing is not itemized. The final prescription and cost are confirmed before payment, so the included-service claims should be matched to that exact quote.
Which pharmacy and clinician will handle treatment?
The public materials name Strive Pharmacy, and the terms say the filling location depends on geography and medication. The About page names clinical team members and a medical director, but a public team list does not identify the clinician assigned to a particular patient.
Can I return unused medication or order from any state?
The terms make all product purchases nonrefundable. The weight-loss offer claims service in 46 states but does not establish the specific exclusions in the reviewed material, so confirm state eligibility before paying for a product you cannot later return.
