Cielo Health states "10% of all proceeds support charitable organizations," a distinctive, checkable claim most competitors don't make. Its advertised "From $89/Month" and "From $129/Month" headlines are the rate on a 6-month plan specifically; the standing month-to-month rate is $199 and $299 respectively. Our earlier review found a corporate address (St. Petersburg, FL) and clinical care running through MD Integrations, a shared third-party network used by many differently-branded telehealth storefronts — we did not find either on the current pages.
