Better U Care review

A LegitScript seal and 34 states — both understated in our last check

Semaglutide is $298 a month at every dose and tirzepatide $397, supplies included. Brand-name runs either $150 for the consult alone or $1,399 to $1,695 all-in. Its Terms state in capitals that you are entitled to no refund or credit.

Verified August 2026

Straight talk: how we earn — some, not all, of these are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The verdict

Better U Care is better-disclosed than our last check credited it for — a LegitScript seal and a 34-jurisdiction coverage list, both correcting earlier gaps. Its pricing is uniform and transparent across doses. Its refund policy is a hard line, though: any refund is entirely at the company's discretion rather than a stated right — and its own terms say so in capital letters.

Better U Care is not ranked on any of our rankings. This is a standalone read of what the company publishes about itself — the providers we do rank in this category are on our semaglutide provider ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim — see the evidence review for what these compounds do and do not do.

Who it is for, and who it is not

A good fit if

  • You want uniform, dose-independent pricing with supplies included
  • You want a provider that displays a LegitScript certification
  • You're in one of the 34 covered jurisdictions and want both compounded and brand-name options from one provider

Look elsewhere if

  • You're outside the 34 covered jurisdictions — coverage is a specific list, not nationwide
  • You want a refund as a stated right rather than something granted at the company's sole discretion
  • You want a named compounding pharmacy rather than a generic description

What it actually costs

What they advertise

Compounded semaglutide: $298/mo uniform across all doses on betterucare.com.

What you actually pay, month to month

Compounded tirzepatide runs $397/mo; brand-name options run $1,399-$1,695/mo all-inclusive.

The commitment trap

The $298 headline is the semaglutide price only — tirzepatide, offered on the same site, runs $397/mo instead.

Money you will meet later

  • Brand-name consult-only option: $150, medication billed separately

What is included

The cheapest headline number in this category is often the one with the least attached to it. Here is what Better U Care bundles in, and what it does not.

Clinician consult

Provider consultation.

Bloodwork / labs

Not published.

Follow-ups and dose changes

No cadence published.

Human support

Not published.

Injection supplies

Included in the price.

Shipping

No terms published.

Pharmacy, labs and oversight

The pharmacy

Not individually named; described only as "licensed pharmacies" meeting sterile-compounding standards.

Oversight

No cadence published.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Our guide to verifying a certificate of analysis covers what to ask for.

Where you can get it

34 jurisdictions (33 states plus DC), named individually in the footer.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

Better U Care's Terms of Use state, and, that refunds are granted entirely "AT OUR SOLE OPTION AND IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION" rather than as a right under any specific condition — a harder line than a stated refund window, worth reading closely before enrolling.

  • Refunds are granted entirely at the company's discretion, not as a stated right
  • Coverage is limited to 34 named jurisdictions, not nationwide
  • Compounding pharmacy not individually named
  • Brand-name consult-only tier ($150) doesn't include medication cost

None of this is unique to Better U Care — the whole category shares it. What we hold against a provider is the part it hides, and the ways vendors hide things are cataloged in our vendor red-flags guide.

How it compares

Read this before you buy

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
