The current public pages advertise $150 branded clinical appointments and a program starting at $150/month, with medication and labs billed separately. Coaching, metabolic lab review and ongoing guidance are advertised, but lab review does not mean testing is included. Confirm your state and plan: the weight-loss page contains conflicting coverage lists. Optional subscriptions require advance cancellation and refunds are not guaranteed except as legally required.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Questions about Better U Care
Does the $150 price include medication?
No. The current branded clinical-appointment cards explicitly exclude medication. The weight-management program starts at $150/month for clinical care; medication and labs remain separate.
What will the prescribed medication cost?
The public $150 clinical fee does not establish a medication price. Obtain a quote for the exact prescribed product, formulation, quantity and pharmacy, and confirm any ongoing clinical charges.
Are labs included?
No. The current weight-loss FAQ excludes lab costs. Metabolic lab review is advertised as a program benefit, which is different from paying for the tests.
Will Better U renew automatically?
The weight-loss FAQ offers one-month purchases or optional subscriptions. If you choose a subscription, the June 2026 terms require cancellation at least three days before the next term.
Can I get a refund after cancellation or a clinical decline?
The general terms do not guarantee refunds for unused time or prepayments, except where legally required. No distinct guaranteed clinical-decline, pharmacy-stage or medical-stop refund was established by the published terms.
Is Better U available in my state and covered by insurance?
Confirm weight-loss eligibility directly because published state lists differ. The terms describe cash-pay services outside insurance; a prescription sent elsewhere does not guarantee drug coverage.
