Peak advertises semaglutide at $179 initially and $249 for later monthly billing. Its $165 monthly equivalent requires $990 paid once for six months. Public pages name the DrTelX team and several pharmacy partners; that does not identify your assigned clinician, dispensing facility or renewal invoice.

Peak makes its semaglutide plan structure relatively easy to compare: the monthly offer starts at $179 and continues at $249, while lower equivalents require paying for several months together. The product page describes medication, injection supplies, provider oversight and shipping without a membership fee or dose upcharge. Those are useful disclosures, but a prepaid equivalent is not a monthly bill and the subscription Terms allow renewals to process early. Public team and pharmacy names give you specific parties to ask about without proving who will handle your order or independently verifying credentials. Before committing, confirm the prescribed quantity, next renewal date, laboratory arrangements and cancellation deadline. Prescription products have a final-sale policy, and next-day air is the carrier service after filling rather than a next-day treatment guarantee.

The $165 semaglutide equivalent means $990 paid once for six months. Subscription Terms allow early processing and require cancellation at least three days before renewal processing, despite general cancel-anytime wording.

Money you will meet later

  • The product page lists $597 billed once for three months, equivalent to $199 per month, and $990 billed once for six months, equivalent to $165. These are published term totals, not a selected invoice or proof of the later renewal amount.
  • The product page labels its prices as of June 2026. They were reread in October, but that does not establish a new merchant price-update date. Tirzepatide has a separate $279 starting advertisement; its continuing price and prepaid renewal terms were not confirmed here.
  • Medication, injection supplies, oversight and next-day air are advertised as included, without membership or dose-upcharge fees. A universal funded lab panel, precise vial concentration and prescribed quantity are not itemized by that description.
  • The Terms permit an early first renewal and later charges or shipments up to three days early. Cancel through the portal or email at least three days before renewal processing; cancellation takes effect at period-end, and a pause can resume automatically.
  • Partial-period refunds generally are unavailable. The Terms mention discretionary case-by-case exceptions alongside broader final-sale wording, while the prescription refund policy allows reporting filling errors rather than ordinary medication returns.
  • Peak describes a card hold before clinical review and final collection after approval. Confirm when the hold is collected or released and what happens if treatment is declined.

Named partners do not establish your pharmacy assignment. Peak names Emerald, Epiq Scripts, Southend and AbsoluteRX as partners. Its process page describes Emerald as a 503A pharmacy; that is a merchant disclosure rather than an independently verified facility assessment. The Terms allow assignment based on location and availability, so confirm the actual dispensing facility.

Oversight

Provider oversight and dose check-ins are advertised. A fixed appointment frequency and response deadline were not confirmed; ask how refills and dose changes are handled.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Nationwide service is advertised. That is a network claim, not a guarantee that every treatment is available or appropriate in every state; confirm the clinician and product for your location.

The lower prepaid equivalent locks more money into a prescription plan, while ordinary partial-period refunds are not promised. The Terms also permit early renewal processing and require cancellation at least three days before that processing date. Ask for the next charge date and a written cancellation confirmation rather than relying on a general cancel-anytime banner.

When should I cancel a renewal?
