Legal and FDA status
No lawful compounding route today, and the sharpest anti-doping problem on our tracker: TB-500 has been banned in tested sport for over a decade, and a favorable compounding vote does nothing to change that.
Anti-doping status
TB-500 (a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4) is an unapproved research peptide marketed for tissue repair, so it is prohibited at all times — captured by S0 (no approved human use) and the S2 growth-factor family. Treat it as banned in tested sport.
